Healthy Granola Parfait

Granola Parfait made with a healthier granola (made using coconut oil!) The parfait is layered with granola, dark chocolate, Greek yogurt and berries – delicious!

This is how you make the perfect granola parfait:

  • 6 . uncooked old fashioned oats
  • 2 . sliced almonds
  • 1 . shredded coconut
  • 1 . roasted and salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed (or more if you like it!)
  • 1 Tbsp. wheat germ (or more if you like it!)
  • ½ . coconut oil, melted
  • 1 . honey
  • Greek yogurt
  • raspberries
  • strawberries, sliced
  • chopped dark chocolate, optional (I used chopped dark chocolate chips)
